For hygiene and personal-care reasons, we accept exchange if your TRUEKYSS product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue. The product must remain unused and be kept in its original packaging. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement.
